I had the privilege of attending several fashion shows and events, but nothing was as cute and adorable as what I saw this past Saturday afternoon! Walk Fashion Show returned to Detroit on November 14th and put a wonderful production that gathered many talented designers and brought Metro Detroit people a day of fashion and entertainment. This particular Walk Fashion paired up with Catwalk Fashion to raise awareness to HIV/AIDS. Proceeds from this event are to benefit this cause in Detroit.
I was able to see the Walk Fashion show this past September in New York City which was amazing. I was excited to see that this event was coming back to Detroit, in which I was closer to! What the Walk Family brought back to Detroit was nothing other than amazing. Although I was only able to catch the Walk University Children's Fashion portion! So much talent was presented. Each of the designers had their own flair and concept. Along with the runway show, the attendees were also pleasantly surprised with dance performances. The children that modeled in the shows and performed had more courage than most adults do, including myself! There was sass, confidence, fright, and giggles. There are some future models in the making!
